I would like to share what sweet hubby made me for breakfast. We had bought some yummy English muffins at the outlet bread store . He scrambled me an egg and placed this on top of a toasted muffin adding a couple of slices of ham and a nice piece of Velveeta cheese. Into the microwave for a few seconds to melt my cheese. This was better than any Egg muffin sandwich at a fast food restaurant.
